Menu introduction

This menu is ideal for planning the cuisine for your event. It contains a comprehensive listing of popular fare. We feature a quality array of contemporary items that will be enjoyed by your guests and make your event enjoyable.

This is the starting point for your planning. We are a tremendous resource for suggestions that will create delightful event and up-to date ideas that will optimize your budget.

We look forward to the opportunity to cater to your reception needs with our high quality contemporary cuisine. We also have casual menu suggestions for any social or corporate setting. Please inquire about these additional menus!

Style of Service

Stations and Live Actions

This casual style of reception permits the guests to visit small buffets where we serve a variety of menu selections (ie: Carved meats, Pastas, Stir Fry, Lettuce wraps, Seafood, etc.).

This style may require additional Culinary Staff and Party Rentals.

Buffet

This style provides more menu diversity and allows the guests to select the quantity and variety that they will enjoy. Buffets may be double-sided in order to optimize flow. Station may also be combined in the buffet menu.

Modified Plated

This semi formal style allows the guests to be seated and enjoy a plated Salad Course. At the appropriate time, their table will be invited to visit the Buffet for their Main Course and Dessert.

Family Style

This interactive style has the server placing bowls and platters on each table so that the guests may serve themselves. The quantities of foods and the use of more service equipment may be required.

Plated 

This formal style presents the courses on complete garnished plates to the guests at their tables by the servers. This style may require additional Culinary Staff, Servers and Party Rentals.
